Instagram / META Ads + Performance Marketing via Instagram + Tracking Setup

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me achieve success with Instagram ads, performance marketing, and the tracking setup. Specifically, I need help with creating video ads, setting up both Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel, as well as creating content for the ads. This project requires experience with utilizing digital marketing strategies on Instagram, as well as expertise in performance marketing.
