Instagram / Facebook / Google Ads for my Dating Coaching Service

Hello! I need to create and publish instagram and facebook or google ads in India for my dating coaching service to increase visibility. I have my website and social handles all set. I do not post on instagram/ facebook as of now, so don't have a social media presence yet, but I'm willing to change that if needed. My target audience is Indian men in their 20, 30s and 40s. I will need an ad expert based in India, with experience in running ads in tier 1 or tier 2 cities to help me target my audience and run successful ads. Tier 1 cities may have higher paying clients, but i will rely on your expertise to correct me if I'm wrong and expand to tier 2 instead. I would like to have an initial call to better explain my niche and hopefully work together in the long run if an initial collaboration works out!
