Influencer marketing manager needed

We are looking for our beauty brand in Germany an experienced influencer marketing manager.

You know how to find and choose the right influencers
You know how to negotiate with influencers
You know how to communicate the goals clearly
You know how to build a long-term relationships with influencers
You know how to find the right influencer to launch a collection with.

You should be able to find not only paid but also unpaid influencers.
You should be able to handle the current base of the influencers.
You should coordinate the product shipping to the current and upcoming influencers with our warehouse.
You should be always in contact with influencers and communicate clearly what content is needed.
You should report on daily, weekly and monthly base.
You should be creative and find creative ways of finding influencers.

You will be working directly with founders.
There will be often meetings to discuss and set KPIs as well as a strategy to reach them.
