Influencer And Affiliate Marketing for an e-comm website with SMO/SMM

We need a person who has a good knowledge in handling SMM/SMO for an e-comm business. He needs to generate lead/customers through affiliate marketing and influencers on Facebook, Instagram, Google etc., handle all social media accounts(create and upload posts with images), run ad campaigns on all platforms. The business is based in India and we need to promote it locally (for now).
