Increase YouTube channel attention -- 2

I have a YouTube channel focused on AWS and Microsoft Azure technology which I publish 1 new video a month to. I have 50 subscribers and get about 30-40 views per video. I’m looking for someone to help each month to increase views using marketing to draw in a larger audience and increase subscribers. Currently I do zero marketing of any kind. Also advice on how to improve videos to gain more attention would be very welcome.
