Increase Traffic from Pinterest

Hi, I am looking for someone reputable who can assist with our Pinterest account @weddingvenueoffers. We are a UK based wedding venue directory, and we would like to invest in considerably increasing Pinterest traffic to our wedding venue listings on our website, as it is one of the better performing social media channels. We are not interested in bots or buying thousands of followers, but organic white hat techniques to gain proper UK traffic from pinterest to the website, ideally on an ongoing basis. We currently link from our posted pins directly to the wedding venue detail page, and this traffic works really well for us, we would simply like to increase this traffic to the site. Is this something you can assist with? What is a sensible budget, and what do we get for that (eg cost per hour)?

We are ideally looking to spend £30/month, scaling up as we see results.
