Increase App Installs

I'm looking for a freelancer to help me increase my app install base. Currently, we have less than 100 installs, but I'm aiming for more than 6000. The app is in the productivity category and so I'm looking for a freelancer with experience in boosting installs for this type of app. The final goal is to increase the number of app installs above 6000. I am willing to pay INR 20/- Per Install commission to the freelancer.
