We are a new Online tutoring company in Canada, and are looking for local manager to create ads for facebook-google- instagram etc. The Partner should be in a position to demonstrate High lead generation plans, and be prepared for a campaign to start locally and then go national. We prefer a partner who enjoys the benefit of being compensated via a pay per lead basis (to be negotiated). Our intent is not to get into a monthly contract, but to find someone who is confident and experienced in their skills as to generating High quality leads on scale. We need help with both content and a definitive plan of attack.
