Key Tasks:
- Assess the effectiveness of our email campaigns and lead generation strategies, providing insights on what we're doing right and where we can improve.
- Evaluate our sales processes, particularly pipeline management and sales automation, and how we can optimize these for better results.
- Analyze our reporting methodologies and suggest enhancements for more insightful data interpretation.
Ideal candidates for this project should have:
- Extensive experience and certification in HubSpot, particularly in the Marketing and Sales modules.
- Proven track record in conducting comprehensive audits and providing actionable recommendations.
