? What You’ll Be Doing
As a Closer at 1P Algos, your job isn’t just to sell—it’s to guide highly qualified leads to a confident buying decision. You’ll work with warm, inbound leads (from webinars, ads, and social media) and help revive older leads with follow-ups and strategic outreach.
Your Mission:
Close over $100,000/year in new revenue by:
Closing high-converting inbound leads
Re-engaging leads who didn’t initially buy
Generating new calls via smart outreach and follow-ups
? Your Success Metrics (KPIs)
Call Volume: 4–5 inbound calls/day (100+/month)
Follow-Ups/Outbound: 10–20 additional calls/month
Close Rate: 30%+ (40%+ unlocks bonus eligibility)
Admin Excellence: Daily CRM updates, end-of-day reports, and Zoom huddles (M–F @ 9am EST)
? Compensation & Earnings Potential
This is a performance-driven role with no cap on commissions.
Commission:
5% on front-end collected revenue
Paid immediately upon cash collected
Bonuses:
$25 bonus for every Paid-In-Full (PIF) deal
$50 bonus for every $50K in collected revenue (with ≥40% upfront)

Standard Plan: $500/mo → $25 commission
Premium Plan: $1,000/mo → $50 commission
Platinum Plan: $2,500/mo → $125 commission
Options Signals: $50/mo → $2.50 commission
