Help me sell my VPN products in the Middle East

Hello, I am looking for someone to help me to market and sell my VPN products in the UAE. The main medium I plan to use is social media, so I am looking for someone with experience in running successful campaigns on various networks. Additionally, it would be beneficial for a candidate to have experience marketing in the Middle East. I don't have a set timeline for this project yet, however I need someone who can be responsive and deliver results quickly.
