Help me earn money from my blog

I have a website: www.kodosurvey.com. The site have resources such as blog posts to drive traffic. Here's some analytics of the traffic:

- Our SEO places our site on average position 11.6 on google search.
- 30,000+ organic visitors every month.
- Our top 10 blog posts have 1,000-10,000 organic visitors monthly. See among others:

- The visitors are attracted by carefully selected key words in the Learning & Development area.

I am now looking to earn money of the blog of the website (e.g. through affiliate marketing, advertising of products in the L&D area and through other ways you may suggest)
