Help completing and optimizing POD Shopify store

I am in need of some assistance in completing and optimizing my new POD Shopify store and readying it for launch. My current task list includes reviewing and fine tuning the store layout, optimizing my SEO, pricing and adding products to collections. All of which I would like to have completed professionally. I currently have less than 50 products being offered on my Shopify store, though I am unsure of the requisite level of optimisation needed and would benefit from a professional assessment.
