Guaranteed leads for fundraiser

Hi, I am testing the waters and looking for a couple of marketing experts to assist me with a fundraising campaign. I plan to launch this campaign in September and require guaranteed sign-ups for the donations. Please only bid if you have a vast network you can work and a passion for people and wildlife!
