Google ad words campaign ongoing management

We are a 95+ year high end couture full-service dry cleaner serving the greater Washington DC metro area. We need help improving and updating our google ad words campaigns - promoting several of our services: most notably drape and blind cleaning, bridal gown cleaning, patio cushion cleaning, sheet and bed linen cleaning.
