Google Ad set up and execution

Hi, please read this carefully as it is my manually entered description, and important:
I am looking for a freelancer to set up and execute Google Ads for my brand.
We have an existing google ads account, connected to a website (Wix), that has many sales of our single product.
What I need now is to clean up the connection between google and my site, and make sure everything runs smoothly and is up to date. That should be a quick and easy job, so after that I want to create a google ad. We can talk about budget and type of ad as you seem best, as we agree.
Main Goal:
- My main goal for these Google Ads is to generate direct sales.
Existing Creative Assets:
- I have existing creative assets (images/videos/text) for the ads. If we would rather focus on keywords, I can provide those as well.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in setting up and executing SUCCESSFULL Google Ads campaigns (I can set it up myself, but I want to know that you can actually get me ROI)
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads platform and best practices to connect my existing one with my website
- Ability to optimize the campaigns we decide on, for direct sales
- Familiarity with tracking and analyzing campaign performance, and making sure this is again connected to my site.
- Ability to work within a limited budget and optimize ad spend, as I said we will discuss budget and focus together.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to ensure campaign success. I have had enough of freelancers not responding, or responding poorly - this is most important so we can carry this project to success.
Remember - if this project is successful, I will want to continue working with you. We have a great brand and strong customer base. If you get me more sales, we both will be earning more and more.
To complete this project, I will also need step by step instructions on how to proceed, I will invite you as an admin but not with full control, as you can understand.
