Google/bing cloaking

I need some one that has experience cloaking websites to get approved for google adwords and bing ads. My niche wont get approved and likely will get red flagged eventually from my competitors so you must know how to setup accounts back up fast if needed. you will have to setup the ad accounts and the content pages. i will pay for the ad budgets (fund account), cloaking service, and content website if needed. PLEASE DONT EMAIL if you dont know what you are doing. please be able to provide proof that you can do this service. I will pay a very generous percentage of ad spend which typically spends multi thousands of usd daily.
