Google ads & Facebook ads expert (PPC) -- 2

Hi,
I need a Google ad and Facebook ads specialist with many years of experience in these 2 tools.
I need to have him/her on a flexible basis, everything from 5h month up to full time sometimes.
The work is for my clients, so you will work under me in my MCC account and you only working on optimizing the campaigns and trying to improve the conversions.

A- Have at minimum 4 years of work experience in Google ads and Facebook ads. (will be asked for references)
B- You must be able to work with NON-ENGLISH campaigns, if you cannot work with it, NEVER BID AND WEAST MY TIME! you can only suggest creating new content if needed and choosing keywords so I help in this step.
C- The time must be tracked with "TimeDoctor" software, if you don't like it please don't bid in this post.
No 3rd hand persons, directly persons only, because it will be a lot of discussions.
