Google AD Words PPC -- 2

Please read carefully.

1. I need you to remote into my PC to do the work below, Team Viewer, RemotePC, etc.
2. I need you to teach me the basic functions of google ads PPC. Create a Campaign (several) on how to set the budget, ad campaigns per client, etc.
3. Please speak English or Spanish.

Details:

I need to learn to manage and do a PPC campaign for a client. I need to learn how to do this. I want to be trained on how to do this particular campaign. Please be patient with me, I am an IT guy that knows marketing and understands what PPC is, I just need someone to guide me to create a campaign, the inside, and outs of Google Ads, help me manage it, create monthly budgets, and help me set up my own campaigns for my clients.

My client has existing articles on the web from other websites (they wrote about them), and I also have a website of which I am propagating those articles. The articles on our domain from my client are the article that i want to promote and that I want to show first.
