Google Organic Search Impressions Cap?

We have done DA 60+ backlinks, written long articles, integrated across GSC, Analytics and added paid search. But we still cannot seem to crack the 300 impressions per day cap. We are looking for someone that knows the answer and can help us fix this issue. We already have gone through and add content to over 80% of media-tags, video_category_tags, video_tags... Please do not send me a GENERIC SEO PLAN.
