Google,Instagram,Youtube,Facebook,Tik tok ads marketing

Iam preparing a Dropshipping Shopify Store and i would like to find an agency or a freelancer that will do for me ,the google ads campaigns, social media campaigns (instagram,youtube,facebook,tik tok) and guide me in which markets, target audience, age groups etc we should target too, meaning the internet/marketing research in order to do effective and successful advertising campaigns.
