Google Display Ads for Adults 30-49

I am looking to launch a Google Ads campaign targeted to generate more sales calls specifically towards adults aged 25-70 in select southeast counties of Pennsylvania including Montgomery County, PA, Bucks County PA, Berks County PA, Chester County PA, Delaware County PA, Lehigh County, PA and specifically excluding the City of Philadelphia), as well as Central New Jersey. With this in mind, I am seeking a freelance professional who is experienced in creating and managing ad campaigns on Google Ads.

Skills and Experience Required:
- Proficient in Google Ads setup and management
- Proven track record of successful ad campaigns, preferably targeted at the same demographic
- Strong understanding of demographic targeting and Display Ad creation

Your task will be to:
- Develop a strategy for the display ads
- Create compelling and appropriate ad content
- Manage and track the performance of the ads, making adjustments as necessary
