Google My Business - Reputation Management

I need assistance managing my Google My Business reputation. The primary focus of this project is to handle negative reviews. I would like to request the removal of inappropriate reviews, and I would also appreciate advice on how to discourage potential negative reviews in the future.

I have identified three types of reviews that I consider inappropriate:
- Fake reviews
- Spam reviews
- Reviews containing offensive language

The ideal candidate for this project would be someone with experience in reputation management, specifically on Google My Business. Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach are essential.
