Google Adwords for Designer Pet Boutique - Generate Quality Traffic/Buyers for my Niche

I own a pet boutique, it's a woocommerce store. I am knowledgeable about digital marketing and Google Adwords but I need help in making and managing the ads. The website doesn't get enough traffic. My main buyer is women with small cute dogs.
