Google Adwords Pro! Needed

I have two Google ad words accounts with LOTS of conversion data between them for the same products, I need someone to look at both Google ad accounts and make one NEW Google Ads account! But only using keywords, ads that work and will generate the best results! and from then on maintain it to generate the most sales! At the moment Google Ads spend £400 a week, but we can push it a lot harder once we see some positive results.

Need someone who is positive they can gain more conversions that we have via Google Ads, by having access to over 10 years of conversion data I would hope that is a fantastic start.
