Google Ads Support

Job ID: 35111441

Budget: $100 – $500 USD

I have many clients and need to bring in some support. BUT - I need someone to help who knows what they are doing, as I do not have time to teach or babysit.

I am looking for someone who understands Google Ads (with emphasis on search-based ads), lead generation, etc. Creativity and learning from what works and doesn't work is a huge plus...as I really don't want someone who just throws things out there and reports back numbers.

Obviously, it is helpful to have a good eye and creative side to develop strong headlines, descriptions, call-outs, etc. and should be comfortable separating the different kinds of google ads. (RARELY is it good to run the same ad on text and simply add the display network to it. It is much better to design ads to target the display network with others based on text. The winning bidder will understand that designing ads optimized for each channel is important, as failing to do so is unacceptable.)

I would prefer someone who can troubleshoot high CPC rates, low CTR, low conversion - i.e. look at landing page and make recommendations, etc. Freelancer also should understand funnels, retargeting, etc. and be able to use google sheets, google analytics (GA4 and UA), microsoft teams, and other common platforms.

This project will be supporting one of my B2C clients with a relatively small monthly budget, with potential to expand to other clients if work shows results, communication is strong, and freelancer demonstrates good strategic and tactical thinking.

NOTE: This bid is for one month for one client, but ideally the successful bidder will be interested in continuing. We will evaluate at the end of this first month if we want to continue working together. If so, we will move to a month-to-month arrangement or explore a long-term, ongoing arrangement with this or additional clients.

I know I went through all the things I need and hate above. I really am trying to find a go-to person for the long run to support my company's clients. If you are looking for a quick-turn project and plan on whipping through things, please do not bid. I am looking for someone who keeps up with best practices, and takes the time and effort necessary to deliver a high quality service.
