Google Ads + Strategy for Website Design Agency

I'm owner of a web design agency, we create premium websites in ITALY, therefore we are addressing an Italian market exclusively for the moment.
What we need is an EXCELLENT Google Ads marketer (NO zero feedback bids please) and consultant who can take care of the implementation of our advertising campaigns to target an informed question.
It will be a long-term collaboration, so we are looking for a professional who can (before being hired) send us a report of the potential results we can obtain with the Google Ads tool (by sending us a report containing potential keywords, and potential number of clicks).
Before being hired, you should be able to tell me the best strategy to acquire customers through a funnel (or landing page).
You should therefore tell me if you have ever worked on similar projects, what kind of results you have had, and advise me on things I should work on the traffic received from the Google Ads campaigns that you will set up for us.
