Google Ads Specialist Needed for Multiple Websites (Romanian Market/Long Term)

I’m looking for an experienced Google Ads specialist to set up and manage advertising campaigns for multiple online service websites (4 websites) targeting the Romanian market.
2 websites are already live and operational and 2 will be ready in few days.
The objective is profitable lead generation and customer acquisition, not just traffic.
This can become a long-term collaboration, as campaigns will be scaled across multiple projects.

Campaigns may include:
Top up SIM's
lead generation
local services
online document / digital services
✅ Scope of Work
Google Ads account audit or setup
Campaign creation (primarily Search)
Keyword research for Romanian audience
Conversion tracking setup & validation
Ongoing optimization (CPA, CTR, search terms, negatives)
Budget optimization & scaling
Performance reporting

Proven Google Ads experience
Experience with lead generation campaigns
Strong understanding of conversions & ROI
Ability to manage multiple campaigns/projects
Reliable communication
Experience with Romanian or EU markets is a strong advantage.
