I am looking for a skilled Google Ads specialist to assist me with creating and managing SEARCH ADS campaigns with a nonprofit Google Ad Grant.

We currently have a Google Ads account but want to remove all current campaigns and start over.

- I have a list of specific keywords that I would like to target. The selected freelancer can use this list and incorporate additional keywords they research upon approval.

Monthly Ad Spend:
- My company is a nonprofit organization and receives a $10,000 monthly ad grant from Google. The freelancer should be experienced in managing campaigns within this budget range and be able to provide maximum ROI.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in setting up and managing successful Search Ads campaigns.
- Strong keyword research and optimization skills.
- Ability to draft advertising copy for review and approval before publishing.
