Google Ads Coach
Budget: $50 – $80 AUD
Please read before responding, as I found in the past that some people just paste their templated response that does not relate to the request. In the nicest way, I want to be really clear about what I'm looking for.
I'm seeking someone excellent and up to date with all types of Google ads, on a coaching basis, with an online meeting every couple of weeks or so as needed. Campaign budgets are more influenced by the ads' performance. When I have a better margin and scale, this partnership will expand to full management - if you can help me get there with real results. The initial market in focus is the Australian market.
My criteria and expectations are:
- you did deep, you are incredibly detailed, honest and proactive
- you focus on the outcome not just the process and ticking boxes
- you will make a genuine effort to understand the niche and brand
- meetings to be held online with cameras on
- understand tracking to ensure reporting is accurate
- no outsourcing, as many people do on Upwork (this will become clear quickly in our discussions, you will need to know the numbers)
I've had some experiences with Google ads managers that have not been great. We all know it's not easy to find someone awesome for Google ads on sites like this. I'm looking for that rare gem.
Here's a bit about the foundation you'll be working with:
- from Google traffic, I have had 4-6% conversion over a sustained period
- not many competitors, mainly one
- low search volume niche, but big enough for the business to grow
- AOV over A$100
- current challenges are mainly about CPC and quality score, despite the highly relevant kws, good conversion and low competition
Please note: based on past experiences across multiple types of projects on and off Upwork, my strong preference is to partner with someone from Europe, Eastern Europe, Northern Europe, UK, Australia, South *East* Asia, North East Asia, Central Asia, or Latin America.
I'm more than happy to answer any questions about and discuss how we might work best together in light of the above. The focus here is just Google ads. I'm very driven and will remain highly engaged ;)
