As a forward-thinking service provider, I am expanding my offering to include Google Ads Management for my growing client base, currently centred around local businesses. I am seeking a proactive and seasoned professional to play a central role in this development.

The successful candidate should proficiently handle:
- Keyword research and analysis, utilising industry and local trends
- Ad copywriting and testing, ensuring impactful and engaging content
- Campaign optimization, using data-driven insights to maximize results

Previous experience managing Google Ads campaigns is imperative, but experience specifically within the context of local businesses will be particularly advantageous. I am looking for someone who can join me in this venture from ground zero, with the prospect of growing together as we accrue new clients.

The candidate must also be able to provide my clients with a guaranteed amount of leads, for the first month of work. Payment will be received at the end of each month's work. The candidate must also be able to proficiently report results to clients. Lead nurturing services are a bonus!
