Google Ads Expert to repair existing ads and improve effectiveness

I'm looking for a Google Ads specialist who can assist me in improving the effectiveness of my google ads which are in a niche market of christianity. My primary goal is to generate traffic to my website resulting in increased sales through these ads. You would have administrative access to the account and will be responsible for:

- Reviewing existing ads and ensuring they comply with Google's policies.
- Improve key words to make ads more effective.
- Implementing conversion tracking to evaluate the effectiveness of the ads in generating traffic, leads, and sales.
- Regularly updating me on the performance of the ads, mainly on a monthly basis.

An ideal candidate would have:
