Google Ads Expert Needed for a small medical practice

I'm in need of a skilled professional to help me set up a Google Ads campaign that primarily focuses on generating leads. The main objective is to increase the quality of potential new pacients visiting my new website www.clinicsantamaria.com in 3 languages.

We are a new small medical practice where 2 people work, my wife the doctor and me as the receptionist.
