Google Ads Expert Needed

I am looking for a performance marketing expert to help me increase my website traffic through a Google Ads campaign.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create new ads and optimize existing ones
- Manage audience targeting effectively
- Sync Google Tags and Analytics properly

Goals:
- Reduce Cost Per Sale (CPS)
- Increase Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
- Boost sales

Skills and Experience Required:
- Proven experience in Google Ads
- Proficiency in Google Tags and Google Analytics
- Strong audience management skills
- Capability to deliver measurable results in sales and ROAS

Please note that I already have both Google Tags and Google Analytics set up. Your primary focus will be on creating and optimizing ads, managing audience targeting, and syncing my existing tools in an effective manner.
