Google Ads Expert to Analyze Ads

I am looking for a Google Ads expert to help me analyze and optimize my Google Ads campaign. The main goal of my campaign is to generate leads for my business.

**All my campaigns are setup but I am receiving no impressions, I need someone to analyze my google ads and let me know what went wrong so that I can start receiving impressions.
**Would also be helpful for tips on how to do google ads.
