Google Ads Expert

I need to run ads for this (Miomoreshop.com) website on India Remove BIHAR only.
I tried many times for running this, but google close the ads. I dont know why!!

We are happy to pay you 10% of the total ads cost on google ads by the end of each day or week ( as you want)
All payments (ads cost + fees) would be on the milestone. Once I see the ads are done, google takes money for the perfect ads as per my requirements. I will release the money to you.

*** I check with keywords of ads. if it is seen here in India, is a perfect ads and eligible for payment.
