Global Sales Conversion Specialist

We are starting an academy, a fast-growing ed-tech bootcamp dedicated to helping students and professionals master coding and tech skills. We are currently seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist who can effectively run paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and YouTube to drive traffic, generate high-quality leads, and increase conversions for our online coding bootcamp.
Performance Bonus: $30–$40 will be provided per successful enrollment in addition to the base pay.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in running lead generation ads on Meta
and YouTube
2. Ability to deliver results for online education, bootcamps, or coaching
3. Familiar with ad tools: Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics
4. Performance-focused mindset with experience in CPL, CTR, and CPA optimization
5. Clear communication and ability to work independently
