Gain subscribers and users to my iPhone Apps (Marketing in China)

I want to market my iPhone and iPad Apps in China, I need a specialist in Chinese users , how to make them subscribe to my Apps and download them, I want to see great results, I want to get high number of subscribers and users from china this is the main goal, also to rank my apps high in Apple App Store with real subscribe users.

The results are the most important thing in this project , and I look for long term relationship to market my Apps.
