GMB Review Booster Specialist
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I'm looking for a freelancer to help boost customer service reviews on my Google My Business profile.
Key Tasks:
- Strategize on how to collect more customer service reviews, preferably via an email campaign, in-store prompts, or a website form.
- Utilize existing feedback and testimonials to enhance and encourage new reviews.
- Develop a plan to monitor and respond to reviews to improve our overall rating.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience with Google My Business and understanding of its review system.
- Proven track record in generating and managing customer reviews.
- Strong communication skills.
- Marketing experience is a plus.
