Full time sales and marketer commissions based salary

Looking for a person or team who can manage all my online sales,processing invoices, arranging courier for delivery, manage website, create ads, update prices, marketing.

I want somone who will charge a monthly salary.
We can work commission based.
Currently the website is under development.
I have potential for making my online store very Big.
The work is very little currently as we need to market the website.
