Full marketing plan with research + strategy + logo + webpage design and further consulting for a Consulting and Relocation Business

My partner and I just opened a law firm in Mexico City! We are young and willing to work as hard with a creative and passionate pool of people that understands our project and vision. As you know, due to the pandemic, inflation, remote work, etc. many americans (or anywone in the developed world for that matter) are moving abroad for cheaper and better quality access to healthcare, housing, education, etc. We want to sell a full relocation service for americans and canadians (retirees, millennials, young families, digital nomads, etc.) who want to live a few months or even settle in Mexico City (or any other part of Mexico). We would provide everything from legal to financial and tax consulting about immigration, real estate, healthcare, business law, etc. to actually helping people to move here and thrive (doing all the messy paperwork and pre arrangements for them). I need a freelancer that is willing to build this from scratch and that is eager to work on a project that could very well be scaled up to other countries in Latin America and, with some luck, be a huge success! :)
What we need is an equally passionate person that helps us build the entire marketing infraestructure for this. We need to find the clients while they are still in their homecountries, and we need to sell this to them in a professional yet visually attractive and fresh approach in a way in which we can charge around 100 USD per hour of consulting.
We do not have a huge budget, but we do think there is a growing market here that few people are tapping into right now and we think that as we grow, our collaboration with anyone willing to work with us will grow as well.
