Full-Time TikTok Affiliate Assistant

We need a proactive executive-level virtual assistant who can independently grow our TikTok influencer network and convert creators into commission-based affiliates. You will be the front line of our outreach, crafting persuasive DMs on TikTok, following up by email when needed, and walking each creator through a smooth onboarding journey—all without a pre-made prospect list.
Your daily focus will be:
• Directly messaging qualified TikTok creators in our niche, sparking interest in our program.
• Drafting and tailoring affiliate partnership proposals that highlight earning potential and brand fit.
• Guiding every interested creator through onboarding—getting them signed, equipped with their unique links, and ready to promote.
