Full-Service Amazon Store Management -- 2

We're launching an Amazon store and need a comprehensive, end-to-end management service. We need you to finish building out the store design per our concepts, add products to the store, and optimize the listings. When the Amazon shelves have been filled, we’ll be updating the Shopify store aa well. And then we’ll need expert marketing to drive visibility and sales. Mainly clothing, accessories, home & living items.

Our current vendor isn’t performing up to expectations and is making way too many mistakes (things like putting wrong prices that would lose us money if we made a sale; and putting the wrong product name on a product).

Requirements:
- Store setup and product listing: We need an appealing and optimized store, with all products listed professionally from the get-go.
- Inventory management: Efficient tracking and management of stock levels.
- Customer service and returns: Excellent customer service to handle inquiries.

Ideal Skills:
- Proven experience in e-commerce, particularly on Amazon
- Strong background in marketing and promotions
- Excellent inventory management skills
- Customer service expertise
- Proven positive track record with end to end Amazon store management.
- Experience with Printful to Amazon integrations

We will be using Printful as our print-on-demand and dropshipping service. It integrates with Amazon. Please familiarize yourself with that platform.
