Humble Futures Funding is hiring a Marketing & Content Specialist to take charge of our brand presence across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Twitter (X), and Discord. This is a remote, monthly-paid freelance role with a consistent schedule, room for creativity, and clear deliverables.
✅ What You’ll Be Responsible For
? Content Planning (Provided in Advance)
You'll receive a year-round event & promotion schedule curated by our team
You are expected to pre-plan content around this schedule, aligning visuals, flyers, and short-form content with monthly themes and promotions
? Weekly Short-Form Video Content
1 original short-form video per week (total: 4 per month)
Videos should be optimized and posted across:
YouTube Shorts
Instagram Reels
TikTok
Topics may include platform features, trader motivation, event announcements, or trading insights
You'll be responsible for editing, formatting, posting, and adding engaging captions and hashtags
?️ Weekly Instagram Content
1 high-quality Instagram post per week (either flyer or video-based)
Content must be branded and related to:
New features
Trading tips
Ongoing promotions
Community highlights
Posts should maintain aesthetic and clarity consistent with our brand
? X (Twitter) Posting
3–4 X posts per week
Mix of educational content, community updates, quick news, retweetable visuals, or text-based content
Must stay active, relevant, and consistent throughout each week
? Discord Community Engagement
Organize and run 1 giveaway per month in our Discord
Share all content uploads (videos, flyers, announcements) in Discord using appropriate channels
Tag @everyone/@here when needed and engage with user comments
? Promotional Event Support
For event weeks (you'll be notified 3+ days in advance), you’ll:
Design and deliver flyers or matching visuals
Coordinate announcement posts across all platforms
Ensure Discord receives all assets and timely announcements
? Compensation
$300/month flat rate, paid at the end of each month
Payment is based on the successful completion of all weekly deliverables
⚠️ Penalty & Performance Policy
We enforce a 3-strike penalty system to ensure accountability:
? 3 penalties = $100 deduction from that month’s payment
? More than 3 penalties = payment may be forfeited or heavily reduced
Penalties include:
Missing a deadline for uploads or events
Failing to meet weekly content requirements
Lack of engagement on Discord
Not maintaining the minimum number of weekly posts or shares
Each penalty will be communicated with written notice.
? Ideal Candidate Traits
Proficient in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, or similar tools
Strong copywriting, editing, and branding sense
Familiar with trends in trading, finance, or online communities (bonus)
Can self-manage with weekly task checklists and clear expectations
