Weekly base salary until the sales pick up as result of your work, then bonus payouts.
I'm fair and not greedy, great results will get you great compensation.
Long term growth.
Once a week we will have a call meeting to analyze last week, and set tasks for new week. You work on your own schedule, approximately 20-30 hours per week, or more if feel inspired.
