Fasteners Marketing Expert Needed

I'm looking for a seasoned marketing professional with a solid background in the fasteners industry to help boost our sales. We manufacture fasteners items (bolts, nuts, and screws) and aim to increase our sales primarily to retail customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement effective marketing strategies targeting retail customers
- Utilize various marketing channels including social media, email marketing, and content marketing (blogs, articles)
- Help to expand our brand awareness and generate leads

Ideal Candidate:
- Over 3 years of experience in the fasteners industry
- Proven track record in sales increase
- Proficient in diverse marketing channels
- Exceptional skills in content creation and social media management
- Experience with Export/OEMs/Project is a plus

Compensation:
- The remuneration will be salary plus a commission based on sales performance.
