Facebook and google ads expert

Hii there, first of all the job which i am looking for is kind of a simple and weird at the same time.
I need a facebook, instagram and google ads expert (having expertise in Indian digital market and would have done several projects before) for my ecommerce platform. My website is basically a premium phones (basically iphone latest models/ most sold models) premium cases listed on it and i need to sell those online through social media and google. I need an expert who can bring high conversion rate and profit and also responsible for sale. That is a reason I come up with the "share per sale" deal where the expert have to analyze my product and market and have to think in his/her own way to bring more sales. For ex. my product price is Rs. 800 and we are spending Rs. 1000 per day on ads, and if you are able to bring me 10 pieces sold a day you will get Rs.50 (negotiable) each piece, means Rs.500 a day, basically the more pieces you sell, more you can generate, if you sell 50 pieces a day you can generate Rs.2500 a day, it totally depends upon your skill and experience, so if you are confident enough to bring me sales, then we can have the deal as i wont be paying any other fee, more sales, more profit to you as well as me. I welcome suggestions and tips for me for the deal.
