Facebook Ad Specialist for Lead Generation

I am in need of an experienced Facebook Ads specialist who can assist me in creating engaging ad campaigns designed to generate leads and target older adults.

This project entails the following:
- Developing a robust strategy for audience segmentation
- Conceptualizing and creating impactful Facebook Ads
- Optimizing campaigns for lead generation

Experience with the following is preferred:
- Thorough understanding of Facebook Ads Manager
- Proven track record with lead generation campaigns
- Understanding of how to effectively reach an older adult demographic
- Strong creative and strategic thinking skills

Please note, the client has not specified a preference for image, video, or carousel ads, therefore flexibility and proficiency across all ad types is a bonus.
