Facebook Management for Dog Rescue Organization

I manage a small 501(c)3 dog rescue organization. We have a Facebook page that we never use because I cannot seem to "get it". I need someone who can post our dogs for adoption, manage messages, and possibly assist in pleas for donations.

Main goal:
- Increase adoption rates

Content:
- Not often, we are a very small group with 19 dogs
- Success stories of adopted dogs
- Tips and advice for dog owners
