Facebook Ads / Google Specialist Needed - Ad set up + management

We are a Shopify agency based in Sydney and we are wanting to focus on driving sales/conversions via our website.
We have been running SEO for over 12+ months but aren't really getting many leads via our website.
We would like to explore FB ADS or google ADS; whatever you think may be better for our niche and most cost effective solution.
To begin with - we are happy to spend $300-$500 AUD per month on AD SPEND and then increase budget as we go.

We have a new service called website in a day which we want to promote https://justcreateit.com.au/products/website-done-in-a-day
This is currently on sale so we can promote and hopefully get some traction.
Aim is to get 3 bookings per week. Then once our calendar is consistently booked out every week for 3 days we will raise the price in increments of $500
End goal is to sell this service for $3500 AUD + GST
We also have a WEBSITE AUDIT service which is $450 per audit that may be an easier one to sell being a lower price point.
Let me know what you think would work best for us with our budget.
